A sweet potato with sprouts. Is this bad?? I'm not even sure if I can still cook this, but I don't think I'm going to try.
Better luck next time with the sweet potatoes. Hopefully, the regular potatoes I have on the counter now won't go bad before I have them for dinner.

You could always plant it in the garden!
I agree with Jude. We used to plant sweet potatoes in the classroom and they give a beautiful long, trailing vine.
Unfortunately, I already threw it out. But if it happens again, I'll make to plant it. :)
